Spacious unit with a full kitchen was super convenient. Loved the outdoor pool and the fun bingo nights. Some furniture felt dated and could use a refresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious units with full kitchens and multiple pools for kids are great. Had issues with slow internet and some dated furniture in our room. The kids loved the Bingo and movie nights. Staff was helpful. Overall a nice stay.

The kids loved the games room and pool area. Sadly, the WiFi barely worked, making it tough for us to relax.

This hotel is just a stone's throw from so many amazing attractions like White Water, which is only about 2.4 kilometers away, and the Titanic Museum at almost 2.3 kilometers, making it ideal for leisurely strolls to explore Branson's offerings; in addition, you have plenty of dining options nearby such as Shogun Japanese Steak & Sushi just over a kilometer away, and the staff here is super friendly and welcoming even though the internet could use some improvement.

I enjoy the clean rooms with lots of natural light. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect, close to attractions and restaurants.
The thin walls make it hard to catch some z's.

The wifi was terrible, making it impossible for my kids to stream anything. We struggled to connect and missed out on family movie nights because it just wouldn’t cooperate. Super frustrating!

spacious room, spacious kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals and a comfortable living area that felt like home during my stay.
Everything was delightful.

The kitchen functioned well for making breakfast and snacks. The furniture was firm, which I appreciated since we didn't feel like we were sinking into the floor. the master king bed was extremely hard, despite attempts to make it softer with a topper. The noise from the guests above was disruptive, sounding like they might come through the ceiling. I noticed a lack of USB ports for charging devices—an easy upgrade. It was convenient to have a trash chute and easy access to extra toilet paper.

Great spot for families, tons of activities. Super clean rooms, and staff makes you feel at home.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but worth it.

I was excited to stay at Palace View but ran into a few issues during my visit. The ironing facilities were a bit outdated and didn't work properly, which was disappointing as I like to have my clothes wrinkle, free. The heating in the room was inconsistent, making some nights quite chilly, especially in the bedroom area. The air conditioning also seemed temperamental, not always cooling the room effectively. On the bright side, the kitchen area was well, equipped with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. the lack of a dining table made it a bit challenging to sit down together as a family for meals. Our unit had a nice patio with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom, although the shower water pressure was weak, making it difficult to rinse off properly. The floors seemed a bit dirty in some areas, so we had to be mindful to wear shoes indoors to keep our feet clean.

Spacious and impeccably clean. The unit felt fresh and new, with plentiful supplies. Comfort was never an issue, and we enjoyed the convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer. the internet was unreliable—something noted by previous guests. Staff interactions were mixed; the check-in was efficient but lacked warmth, particularly when addressing a serious issue with bloodstained sheets. Location was advantageous, close to attractions, yet our promised balcony view was misleading. We were assigned a lower-level unit that overlooked a wall instead of the scenic view advertised. The experience included both commendable aspects and significant oversights. Caution is advised for those expecting a thoroughly modern stay.

During Christmas, we loved the spacious rooms with great amenities like a washer/dryer and balcony for relaxation. The key location near attractions but away from traffic was super convenient. Additionally, having a full kitchen in the condo allowed us to enjoy home-cooked meals.
The cleanliness fell short with dirty carpets and noticeable musty smells. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, especially for Apple products, as contacting the IT department didn't help.

Close to attractions yet surprisingly quiet, the condo had a cozy layout with a separate living area and a handy kitchen, though we didn’t use it much. The staff were fantastic, and having a concierge for tickets was a nice touch. I faced some issues, like a broken hideaway couch and annoying parking situation. The vertical blinds didn’t open properly, and ants invaded the kitchen. The key cards were frustrating; they stopped working at the worst time.

The non-stop fun with country, rock, and gospel songs, plus hilarious skits had us laughing all night. The cast of seasoned pros made it a truly unforgettable experience.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities.

Attended the fabulous Southern Gospel Picnic. Sounded like angels singing while I devoured heavenly food. Stayed at Spinnaker Resorts, felt like luxury.

We went to the Comedy Jamboree - total barrel of laughs, and then hit up the theme park with 40+ rad rides! The concierge hooked us up big time, scoring tickets to epic shows. It was epic energy all around!
Could use a hip nighttime hangout spot for us teens to party at after all the awesome activities.

the resort was super clean, and the location was great – just 5 minutes from all the theaters we went to. we avoided traffic by taking back roads. the staff was friendly and helpful. plus, they had an elevator and carts for our luggage.
Would definitely recommend.

The place was nice and clean, and the pools were great for chilling in the evening. The kitchen had all the basics you needed to whip up your meals, which was handy. Plus, it was easy to get to all the cool attractions and restaurants in the area, making exploring a breeze.
The bed in the master room was uncomfortable and hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the heating in the bedroom and bathroom was inadequate, leading to chilly nights.

We had the best time at this hidden gem in Branson! The location was ideal, close to all the attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. The check-in process was smooth, and Molly and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our one-bedroom villa was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the beds were comfortable. The pools were delightful, and the grounds were well-maintained. We will definitely be returning in the future!
Wi-Fi was a major issue throughout our stay, and despite attempts to fix it, it never worked properly. Our kids were disappointed as they couldn't access their streaming accounts.
